The latest ABC News-Washington Post poll shows Gingrich rising and Romney declining. I believe this is significant. You guys ought to tell Newt to form an exploratory committee by the end of spring so he can raise money.

Newt has said he'll decide in the fall, sometime after labor day. Forming an exploratory committee now and raising lots of money is, in his mind, demeaning of the process. We should not be running for President for two years. We should instead let 2007 be a year of focusing on solutions.
