We need get back to ideas what makes America great, conservative ideas and conservative governing. Newt is the perfect candidate for president to take us back on track. Personally, I do hope that Newt will be the presidential nominee in 2008.

I recently told my wife that in a way I hope we won't have any more grandchildren. The world is heading in such a dangerous and gloomy direction that I fear they wouldn't have the freedoms and security that we seem to be rapidly loosing.
But when I hear Newt Gingrich speak on the issues confronting us, I am encouraged by his forward thinking and sensible ideas about changing our government to meet the challenges of a 21st century world. Can this really happen? I think the answer is YES, IF Newt Gingrich is our next president.
Mr. Gingrich, this is your time. We need somebody like you to reshape the future and transform our government, so we all can look forward to and welcome new grandchildren into this world.

At present among the flock of seagulls om both sides of the political aisle, former Speaker Gingrich stands out as a fresh voice of thought, reason and judgement.

His remarks at Cooper-Union, available as a web cast, and appearances televised on C-SPAN recently speak serious truths about the ongoing presidential sweepstakes.

I agree with former Governor Mario Cuomo and believe he should enter the presidential race, not mererly because he could stimulate the debate, but because I think he can win the Big Enchalada!

I would work day and night to help get him elected but I live in the deep flyover region of southwestern Indiana. Nobody among the top tier of presidential hopefuls ever give this region of the country much attention because of the voting history of this state in Presidential elections.

Nevertheless, our city, county, school corporation and economic region have serious and unique problems which deprive our residents of moving forward -- particularly our young people.

I would give anything in the world to sit down with the former speaker and discuss what I have learned over the past several years of toiling in what amounts to a guerrilla rear guard action in an obscure, rather overlooked rustbelt community which lacks vitality, leadership, hope and long term objectives as to what kind of community it wants to become in the future.

There are no true conservatives currently running. Your time is now and the American people need you. If you do not run, the winning candidate should pick you as a running mate. It will help offest there liberal-ness. However, if you are serious about winning the future. Money will be a key deciding factor in the upcoming primary and general. You need to start raising money now.

I left former USSR to be free. I hate the populistic demagouguery of democrats. I had had more than enough this kind of empty slogans and promises in former USSR. "We will take care about working class, poor, ...etc..."

I like Newt very much.

Through all the political noise from the right and the left, Newt Gingrich represents a clear, conservative voice of reason. Speaker Gingrich demonstrated in his carreer in the House and in the years since, a fundamental understanding of what makes this country so special. There is an army of citizens across the country who are waiting for that one special candidate to emerge - someone they can believe in. Speaker Gingrich has that kind of appeal to a broad spectrum of Republicans and, I believe, some moderate Democrats. We are in critical times. America needs a leader who can unite a very divided country. Newt Gingrich is that man. And I think he can beat anyone the Democrats have to offer.

I'm among those who are tired of Bush's (frankly I've never liked the term), NEW TONE; therefore, I opine that it's time for a 'NEWT TONE'.

This is my attempt at a call to arms, sir. This country needs you. Not since 1980 has a potential candidate been so right for the job. I own an employment agency. I have the unique opportunity to pre-screen applicants for jobs they are interested in. The hardest thing about my job is when we have an opening and lack the personnel to fill the position. In my humble opinion it has been since the 1988 GOP primaries that we have had any qualified applicants for the job of President of the United States. I have only been folowing politics since about '88. I am only 30, too young really to remember Goldwater or much of Reagan. We need you, sir. If not you then who? Without your candidacy we are left to chose between candidates who are only saying what they think we want to hear.
I remember being in High School when you detailed your "Contract with America". I believe since you left office that contract has not been honored. Our debt is staggering. Our borders are wide open. I believe all of the candidates know the right thing to do. I believe they lack the courage of their own convictions to do what they know is right. Most Americans agree on the right way to govern. Smaller government, lower taxes (almost everyone I have ever spoken with on the matter supports a flat sales tax) strong national defense. Talking head politicians say what they think we want to hear and then do nothing. I believe you are a man of action and we need you.

Today I learned Republican Senators had reached what the media are calling "a compromise" on immigration reform.
Once again, the majority of the people in this nation (that silent majority who plod along making this nation work) are to be ignored and in fact told to shut up because detractors call us bigots & racists.
The truth is, we are not racists, nor are we bigots. All we want is our nation protected by securing the borders, businesses looking for profits to obey the same laws the rest of us do, and for the system to be fair.
But by legalizing millions who have broken numerous laws, all we have done is told the world you can beat down America by attacking them in the press & by buying politicians looking to line their own pockets.
The course of this nation is about to change and not for the better. We may have already lost our future. We may already be being pushed into actual physical confrontation one day, just to have basic freedoms.
I pray this is not the case, but the level of my disillusionment today is significant.
Hope you join in the fight to take back this nation Newt, because those running seem to be less interested in America & mostly interested in their own political gain!

The last time I voted for President was for Ronald Reagan. I no longer trust the Republican party and have had no intention of ever voting again. However, I believe that you are the most highly qualified person to run, and if you do, I will gladly support you. I believe you would have the total support of real conservative Republicans. Newt, when I read our Constitution and the Federalist Papers, I shake my head in disbelief because of what our America is becoming. I'm sick of being lied to by both parties. We are so far removed from the intent of our brilliant founding fathers that I don't know whether it is possible to recover what we have lost.
If you are willing to toss your hat in the Presidential ring, I will once again become involved. I will vote for you no matter what party you run in. If not, I will just sit back for my remaining years and watch the country continue down the toilet.

Our great nation is at a crossroads. With so many sensitive issues that threaten the security and prosperity of America. It was you and your other colleagues that worked to give the Republican party a majority in Congress during the 1990s, and challenge the Clinton machine that was working to destroy our great culture. Today with threats from Islamic extremism, and Mexican invasion, from without, not to forget the ongoing war on terror. We also face from with in the socialist agenda from Barack Obama, Clinton and Edwards. The list goes on but of course you know that. America needs a man like yourself, specifically you to run for President to lead us through the conservative revlution that must come in order to preserve the American dream.
