Before I sign on for Draft Newt in 08, I woudl be interested in finding out more about his stance on issues (Fair Tax, Abortion, Iraq War, Israel, Illegal Aliens, Border Security, Social Security, Health Care, Home School to name a few. From what I have heard and seen, Newt appears to be the closest thing out there to a Regan Conservative as opposed to a Republican.

Is newt waiting for a september surprise? I hope so. The so called front runners are just treding water,and are becoming exposed to attacks from the left as well as the right. We need someone that will take on the issues at hand, head on. You go Newt. I know you can do it. Godspeed to Newt.

It is time to put up or shut up! Newt, we need you more then every before. I have no faith in ANY candidate who is currently running for president. If I cannot vote for you in this election, I will not vote at all.

Our best hope is Newt! Strong on Border security and as close to Reagan as we can get on other issues.

I read an interview with Newt in a science magazine, and I decided then he'd be a great president. That was a couple years ago and I still believe it. Please run. Oh, to the RNC, keep the Bush family and all of the other anti-democrats (they're not republicans) away, I don't want Hilary as a president.

I agree with Gary Torborg, March 28 -- Newt for President and Fred for VP. I will support whichever Republican is the nominee, and I hope that person is Newt.
