Newt's point re war in Iraq could be strengthened if he would point out that: after 8 yrs of enlightened "Clinton" foreign policy, and an American incursion in Kosovo to protect moslem people from genocide, Bin Laden still attacked us on 9/11. At that point, the Bush administration was so new that US policy had not yet been changed from the clinton years. The nonsense Dodd and the democrats are spewing, that our current policy is encouraging islamic hostility toward the US, is contravened by these facts, which they seem to want to ignore.
