Quote of the Week: June 22nd
His [Gingrich] presence in a debate up against the trite, over-rehearsed pabulum of his opponents will quickly propel him to the top tier of the field. I think he'll be a fantastic presidential candidate; he'll run circles around the other guys in the debates (and it's a deep Republican field, remember).

I THINK THIS WAS TAKEN A BIT OUT OF CONTEXT.
I READ THE WHOLE ARTICLE, AND THOUGH VERY POSITIVE, HIS POINT ULTIMATLY WAS - WAS NEWT GOING TO BE ABLE TO LEARN FROM HIS PAST MISTAKES AND STAY FOCUSED LONG ENOUGH TO GET THINGS DONE? I THINK THIS IS A VALID QUESTION THAT DESERVES A RESPONSE.
I FULLY SUPPORT NEWT AND AS HE HAS SAID BEFORE HE HAS LEARNED A LOT. I AM A LITTLE SUPRISED THAT THIS QUOTE WAS USED WITHOUT THE WHOLE ARTICLE, INCLUDING AN ANSWER TO DeLAYS QUESTION. I BELIEVE THIS WAS A MISSED OPPORTUNITY. NEWT COULD HAVE EASILY ANSWERED THIS QUESTION AND NOT HAD THE APPEARENCE OF USING THINGS OUT OF CONTEXT
SINCERELY,

What? I thought that Delay hates Newt with a passion.

He probably does. That is all the more reason to take this article in context. It would show that even Newts' enemies still respect his ideas and just have questions about his ability to implement them.
Delays' article appeared to me to be a back handed compliment.
